A fleet of devices in the field is only an asset if you can actually manage it — patch vulnerabilities, roll out new features, and recover a device that’s gone wrong, all without a truck roll. We build over-the-air update systems and device management platforms designed for exactly that: safe, atomic, rollback-capable updates that work reliably even on flaky field connections.
We take failure scenarios seriously here, because in this business they’re not hypothetical. Power loss mid-update, intermittent connectivity, a corrupted image — your fleet needs to survive all of that without turning into a support ticket. That’s the standard we build to.
Technical Approach
We implement A/B partition update schemes and delta updates so devices always have a known good fallback if an update fails, using established frameworks such as RAUC, Mender, or SWUpdate depending on your platform. Beyond the update mechanism itself, we build fleet dashboards for provisioning, monitoring device health, and staged rollouts, so you can push an update to a small slice of your fleet before committing to the rest.

Compliance for the German and EU Market
Under the Cyber Resilience Act, manufacturers must report actively exploited vulnerabilities within 24 hours of becoming aware of them, submit a full notification within 72 hours, and provide a final report within 14 days of a fix becoming available, obligations that take effect on 11 September 2026. Meeting that timeline is only realistic if you already have a working OTA pipeline and a software bill of materials in place well before the deadline, not one built in a hurry afterward.
